Divisions
Divisions allow you to group entries together by grades; each grade can only belong to one division. Lots of contests use a JR and an SR division. The JR division generally consists of grades 6th, 7th, & 8th and the SR division generally consists of grades 9th - 12th. You can make the division however they work best for your contest.
When you assign awards and print reports you can generally sort by division allowing you to keep the entries you want together.
To create division:
- # Click on the "i"
- Search for "Grades and Divisions"; Open
- Set configurations
- Click "Division Editor"; Add
- Fill in necessary information
- Save
Editing User Accounts
- Click on the "People" tab
- In the search bar, type the name of the user you would like to view
- Click on the user's name
- Select the appropriate option:
- Edit/View
- Upload File (Use this option if your fair is using the Paperwork Manager and having students upload their forms)
- Link to a Project
- Unlink from a Project
- Change Password
- Delete Participant(Use caution when deleting accounts, they can not be restored)
- Review Project in Dashboard (Use this option if your fair is using the Project Dashboard and its associated Generated ISEF Forms & E-Signatures)
