The majority of settings can be accessed on the Staff -> All Settings page, where you can turn features on and off or configure them for your fair. Advanced Settings are organized alphabetically and include a search bar for easy navigation.
For more information about each configuration, click the information icon "i" next to the configurations. Below are summaries of the different types of settings available:
Specify what questions your Participants will be asked during registration, with options to set them as Hidden, Ask, or Require.
Select if teachers can register and specify the information you need from them during registration.
Determine personal information requirements from judges during registration, including judging specific items.
Allow volunteers to register and determine what personal information you want to collect.
Indicate if attendees can register and specify the information to collect, including potential fees.
Specify the information you want staff to provide when registering.
Settings to specify visible information to users, including private registration, "reCaptcha" usage, bulk emails, and student removals.
Select if a project description is required, ask about outlet needs, and include an "Outlet Warning".
Choose who can register schools and the use of student grades in your fair.
Set registration fees and allow credit/debit card payments through your merchant account or Stripe.
Select "Management Type" and set when partially created accounts are removed.
Specify ISEF forms wizard usage and question display preferences.
Enable online judging, include admin users as judges, and determine information shown in feedback emails.
Use "Paperwork Manager" for file uploads and form access, with upload and approval permissions.
Use "Project Dashboard" for a paperless form option, with approval and display settings.
