zFairs is software from Illuminating Software for judged student contests. We only claim what is true for each program. If your contest has entries, judges, files, and a next level, it is this product — a different flow, not a different vendor.
Science and STEM fairs
ISEF rules want forms done before experimentation. An event platform is a bad first door. isef.app is free and has no fair. In zFairs, students can work paperwork without being added to the event until they submit. Recommended by Society for Science. Students do not advance onto Regeneron ISEF through zFairs.
National History Day
Linked affiliate and national sites. Same login when the sending contest is on zFairs. They still finish national registration. When the organization needed more than a contest site, we built the extra systems around it.
Invention Convention · The Henry Ford
Coordinators promote qualifiers. Students complete nationals registration on the national site. We do not claim exclusive. The Independent Inventor Program uses a zFairs site.
Poetry Out Loud
Registration, recitation rounds, custom rubrics, advancing winners. Software for coordinators at their level — not the official national POL platform.
Patent, arts, speech, and school contests
Team uploads, live performance, six arts categories, spelling, film — Flex Flows and rubrics, not a new product. We do not claim PTA Reflections as a customer.
