USPTO National Patent Application Drafting Competition
A real customer. Law-school teams, not K–12. Team registration, prior-art and specification uploads, regional then national judging. USPTO’s own videos send judges and teams to zFairs. Proof the platform is contest-shaped, not science-fair-only.
Challenge: adult professional files, naming rules, government communications.
PTA Reflections — same shape, not a customer
Local PTA → council → state → national. Six arts categories, theme, files, judging. National currently uses SurveyMonkey Apply; locals often a Google Form plus paper. We do not claim Reflections programs run on zFairs. We do say the ladder is the same job we already do for NHD and science fairs.
Art, film, speech, robotics, school contests
Multimedia uploads, custom rubrics, branding, tickets. Live speech timers still exist in judging for recitation-style rounds. Robotics is a STEM event type, not a named national unless you have one. Seal of Biliteracy, spelling bee, and teacher-innovator types exist as configurations — mention them when you have a named use.
