EDITORS NOTE
We have been reflecting on what a fantastic year it was with our amazing clients and their incredible contests and events; we're excited for what's ahead. This year, we're rolling out exciting new developments and visiting some of your fairs to connect with you personally. Thank you for sharing your experiences and helping others discover how easy it is to work with zFairs. Happy New Year!
Your Voice Matters
Feedback from you is what makes zFairs continue to be outstanding. We have developed a survey for our clients to fill out and send back to us. This will not only help us fix those things that are cumbersome, but it will also help us better understand how your events work so that we can develop our software to keep up with your flow. When you receive a survey, please fill it out and let us know how zFairs has helped you and also how we can change.
If you have any questions, concerns, ideas for new settings, or any issues with the software, please reach out to us at support@zfairs.com. Keep the feedback coming!

Team Notes:
The zFairs team has some exciting new developments in progress. One of these is streamlining the data reports viewer.
The data reports provide quantitative data that can be utilized in various ways. Many of our clients use this data to secure grants and special sponsors. Our goal is to make it easier for you to find the data you need quickly.
New and Exciting
We have heard you and are working on getting zFairs more user friendly and streamlined. Here are some things that were changed:
- Registration Setup Branch is now condensed and easier to navigate (find it under the information icon “i”)
- Style settings are now all together under the ellipsis (...) on the new style site.
- Auto tags have been added to streamline user tags. You can ask custom questions and assign tags automatically instead of tagging individual users.
Introducing: Invention Convention
Invention Convention is a world wide STEM competition that enables students of all ages to explore innovation, invention, and entrepreneurship. These skills help students develop problem solving skills and encourages them to get involved in their communities.
Invention Convention Worldwide is held at the fabulous The Henry Ford museum, where you can learn all about one of the world’s most famous inventors.
zFairs would like to welcome the Illinois Student Invention Convention who joined us in December, and thank all of our other Invention Convention directors for making zFairs your go to event management solution.
