Linked contest sites, not one site from school to nationals. When the affiliate is on zFairs, winners can be promoted to nationals. Same login at national.nhd.org. They still finish national registration (profile, fee, store). School or local NHD under an affiliate may not be on zFairs.
In the same system as registration, not a separate tool. NHD nationals judging is in-person. Scores still live in zFairs.
