zFairs Event Mobile App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how zFairs (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you download, install, and use the zFairs companion mobile application (the "App"). The App provides event attendees with real-time event information, updates, notifications, schedules, maps, and other event-related features provided by our client event organizers.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information You Provide
When you select or join an event (or register in a branded version of the App), we may collect:

- Phone number (optional)
- Profile photo (optional)
- Any other information you voluntarily provide, such as event preferences or feedback.
- Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, unique device ID, IP address)

- With the event organizer/client (the organization running the event you joined) so they can manage their event and communicate with attendees
- With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification services like Firebase/APNs, analytics tools) who help operate the App—bound by confidentiality

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required)
4. Data Storage and Security
We store your data on secure servers in the United States (or other locations via our providers). We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Choices and Rights
- Notifications: You can enable/disable push notifications in your device settings or the App.
- Location: You can turn off location access via device settings at any time (some features may then be unavailable).

- Opt-Out: You can uninstall the App to stop all future data collection.
6. Children's Privacy
